Sorry for the OT, but thought I would share a few pics from this week's business/pleasure trip to Salt Lake, UT (for business) and then later to Big Sky, MT (for pleasure). I wish I could have gotten the 993 into the pics, but not.

As I get older there is something more and more about the great outdoors that makes me feel alive (and small). My dad took me fishing as a kid - it was great. But fly fishing is something to behold. You can catch bigger fish on traditional tackle, but fly fishing is truly a connection with nature.

p.s. Purchased a Gert's turbo euro bumper with turbo S scoops a month ago - will pick it up tomorrow from the body shop - pics to come this weekend.

Awesome Pix... I used to do alot of fly fishing when I was in college at WSU (Pullman, WA). My roomate's dad's had ranch in MT... We would float all day and tow the beer in the river... yup I miss those days.

From my trip to Kodiak Island. I'm not a fly fisherman, but I'm sure it's great. I know what you mean about connecting to nature though.

Thanks for the pictures Rob. I grew up in Southwest Montana but have been gone for over 15 years now and still miss it.
