I think the rain would drive me nuts. After living in the Bay area ( Los Gatos, CA) for a number of years and the past 5 in Salt Lake, I dont think I could adjust to the change towards rain. I like dry, hot, champaign powder winters, and cool fall weather. Rain- a little now and then is ok. Cant beat Utah weather (sorry CA) and if you like true 4 seasons, there is no place on earth like it in the Salt Lake Valley. My C4 has probably only seen rain 3x in the past 3 years and my 77 Bronco maybe 1x. Not garage bitches but both come out when the weather is nice and no rain.

If you really want to keep new people away do what we do in South Florida.
We put blue tarps on all our roofs so when tourists fly by they think we get lots hurricanes down here!
It really works! Chris

You cant drink in Utah, the snow sucks, Park City area is the ghetto, all the National Parks are dangerous, traffic jams start at 2am, smog is unbearable, way to much gambling, this desert is humid, and you must put your cat on a leash if you take it outside. There are the top reasons I left Silicon Valley for Utah.
