Default Cracked my front in a flash flood

I went down to Colorado Springs for the Dubs Along the Rockies show on Sunday. About 3:00 a storm moved into the area and dumped a lot of water and hail and flooding all the streets and parking lots. We decided to escape over to the Outback Steakhouse and take advantage of their two for one beers and wait out the storm. Problem was that their was about 18" of water between me and the beers. I drove slow but the force of the water cracked the long oval center panel on my front end and knocked all of the attached pieces pieces out of alignment.

Does anyone:
1. Know how much a new center piece costs, or
2. Have one for sale? (preferable guards red)
3. Have any ideas on a cool mod I could do on the front so that I can turn lemons into lemonade?

Sounds like you need a new front spoiler a.k.a bumper cover. The "long oval center" is part of the upper spoiler.

This would count as a "cool mod" for ya:

Lemon ade in the form of that cool euro turbo front bumper with clear turn lenses and some turbo s scoops. Perhaps get the turbo "S" front spoiler lip "while you're in there" and already have the paint in the gun. Think of the .... errr.... safety aspect with the better turn-in. If you are running this through your insurance, most of this is the same price as normal replacement parts.

Well itg turns out the part is too darn cheap (what a change of philosophy that is)! W
I went to the local dealer and the part was only about $40! I guess I'll need to clip a curb or something to get that euro bumper look, some nice splitters and the brake ducts.

If you can find a "cheap" Porsche part buy two of it, even if you don't own a car. It is rare to find a "bargain" and Porsche in the same sentence.

I hope you avoided any hail damage... a few friends that went down were not so fortunate.
