Just did oil change, transaxle fluid-all good..
Just wanted to let some of the newbie's know this is a simple job with the help of www.p-car.com
It was different from my previous 3.2 carrera '77 S but still kinda the same.
For the most part everyhing went smoothly and I wansn't trying to break any timeing record and still finished in about 2.5 hours.
One of the main resons I posted is on p-car.com they say to remove the hard oil line to remove the small oil filter, I tried just for the he#! of it and it was easy (compared to changeing certain plugs on this beast). Give it a shot......might save 20-30 minutes on the project. Also if you've got the car up from all four and level might as well change the tranny fluid if in doubt. I had no clue when this was done before and at 80,000 it looked like it had a fair amount of metalic particles in it. With the gear fluid pump that fits right on the Mobil One bottles it took about 20 minutes to drain and fill.
Just a little piece of mind for me whilst I track her now and then

I don't know any brand names, it was given to me buy a friend that owns a boat shop. He helped me service the out drive and we used this to pump the outdrive fluid in. This one is set up for quart bottles, has a 24" -30" x 5/8" hose, a pump like a large soft soap bottle and I'm sure an Auto or Boat shop would carry them.
