Phoenix 993 Fun Drives...
Greetings,
Patrick Conner has been the ringleader down here is Phoenix, when it comes to "fun drives" down here in Phoenix. He recently sold his 993 and hasn't been able to go on any rides.
So I am wondering if anyone in the Phoenix area would want to do some informal drives, a couple hours long, grab some lunch or breakfast and talk cars for a while.
I have a weird schedule so I can go during the week or on the weekends. It's much more fun to get some people together with the same "illness" and go do some SPIRITED rides the back way up to Payson, Prescott, Globe, etc
I am certainly not trying to take over what Patrick has been doing so well, just trying to round up some folks in the area.
If anyone lives in the Chandler are as is interested, please call or e-mail me.

I am still around, I have just been out of town almost every weekend lately.
I will gladly set up a drive, even if I cannot make it. I have a large email list of locals.
In fact, I will be gone every weekend in June so just pick a date and and I will gladly set it up.
Derek, I hope you are enjoying that car... I want to see it. Lunch sometime soon?

I've been meaning to send out an e-mail and organize just such an event, but I've recently been welcomed back to the world of gainful employment.
That being said I'm up for a drive, a cup of coffee, etc. but Sundays are my only free days.
Also I know this is not what you had in mine, but it looks like the local PCA chapter is going to be out in force at the pavillions on Saturday night. I might swing by there I'm not sure, if I do it will be later around 6-7.
