Did the Napa outlet you visited check with their sister stores for stock? BTW, make sure you get the KR1 model of the Belt Tension Gauge. It has the proper range.

Just replaced both the pulley and belts.

I would not strictly go by mileage as a guide for replacing these.....time is a factor as well.
