No. They are my stock 17" cups I painted phlat.
I had clear lacquer to go with the black but then when I saw the phlat look, I skipped the lacquer, hides the brake dust nicely...
JPS, it's the Porsche option code M0W3R, by far the fastest lawn mower in my neighborhood.
