Good point. I'll do a search

Until then I won't post any pics that show the badge.

A request from another RLer to post a pic with these "economical" wheels I posted about a while back. I meant to do this some time ago but forgot

BSA makes them. Lighter than the CupIIs I replaced them with. Couldn't beat the price but I still need to deal with the one front (see pic, diff. style with small holes near lugs). Waiting for another to show up... or I may fill the holes and paint them. Decisions, decisions...

David, the eBay seller (no affil.) was the same guy who had this auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=260058221361
They were about $700 shipped to me in NorCal.
Only advice is to be very sure you get 4 of the same... the small holes style was news to him.

Great-looking wheels, and such a deal! And they're lighter than stock?! I wonder how they will wear...but at such a price, no worries. Hmmm, suspension upgrade, now maybe a set of these...

Cool John! Thanks!

By the way, David. I have finally re-tweaked this photo into a horizontal format rather than just the vertical. I'll post an updated version tonight if I get a chance. I've been printing some art for my soon-to-be-new-garage on my 13x19 printer and thought this would be a good one. It turned out pretty good at that size. I'll bring you a print if you'd like - maybe at the meet in May.

I also have the BSA wheels (with black centers) and have been pretty happy with them.

Cheap as dirt and not that heavy, I acutally have two sets (one for track wheels, another for street).

Brian
That was a great shot and I am always pleased to see it....as for the different format, I would love a copy. I have the original on my wall at work along with the ones from Carlos of his beautiful silver 993 in the Nevada background.
See you in May

Ah! and now I know what they will look like on my GR 993 if I paint them black... which is what I am considering.... or maybe a shade of grey similar to Mr. Walrod's wheels. Hmm...
Thanks!
Great pics.

How well are they holding up on the track? Any problems being true, balancing, etc etc?

Mark, they do look pretty damn good...

JPS, I've only been at track twice with them (3 days), all of them at Sebring which is bumpy. i use 245 & 285 R compouds. So far so good (knock on wood).
