I'm thinking about getting a set of 997 lobster claws. I'm concerned about the fit though. The rears are 11" wide with a 67mm offset. Compared to 10" wide 65mm offset that most guys go with, they will go towards the inner wheel well +15mm and stick outwards +11mm.
Is this doable on a slightly lowered narrowbody? I'm thinking a 285 tire to save a touch of space as well.
Any thoughts?

And it will look something like this. I'm not sure whose car this is or what size tires they were running but I thought there was a minor rubbing issue.

this is so very true!
On Eric's former 95 993, he had to roll the fenders just to fit 285 30 18 MPSC tires yet I have never had to roll my fenders. We both had 993s... but his rubbed in the rear without rolled fenders... go figure!

offset is wrong for a widebody... you need the lower offset rear like 47mm or 45mm or 40mm IIRC
