BLACKHORSE - Stereo Install -PICS
Well I am half way through the stereo install. I am fixing the Circuit City butcher job (PIC 1 But connectors). I ran all the new wires correctly. The previous installer wrapped up all the wires and had them laying on the passenger floor board. You could feel them under your feet!! I hate half *** installs. Here is the system I am putting in:
BTW any advice on custom made to length RCA cables. I don't care for the wrapped up cables.
Alpine CDA-9857 Head unit
Alpine MRP T-220 V-Power Amplifier
5.0 Crossfire woofers and tweeters (Crossover)
Alpine SPS 10C2 Rear speakers
XM Direct XMD 1000 (and Smart Digital Adaptor)
Not a head banging system, but one with great sound quality with the top down. Need to have the XM going with my Starbucks for the Saturday morning drive.

With the passenger seat out, now is a good time to install keyless entry if you don't already have one. You have answered my question on when to stop spending money on an eleven year old car. (You don't!)
