Default Published price trends

Does anyone know of a published source for exotic car price trends? Other than looking at the last couple years worth of sketchy auction prices its hard to determine what the trends are. I'd really like to get my hands on some appriciation/depreciation rates for 993's, Ferrari 348's and Lotus Esprit turbo's.

Any suggestions?

Excellence Magazine publishes price trends for Porsches. They do however tend to be a bit lower than the actual "market".

It would be very difficult to make an accurate comparison, I'd think, because 933s on the whole get driven a lot more than Ferraris and Loti. How many 40Kmi - 100Kmi Ferraris are being driven daily as primary transport? A very expensive car that only gets driven 2K per year on sunny days seems almost certain to hold its value better over ten years than a "daily driver". Also, how do you factor in the maint costs? You might drive a Ferrari 10K in 5 years and spend 9K in maint, while the 993 could cover 40K with the same 9K maint budget.
