Passenger door only...BUT why paint one, when I can paint both. Besides, the Driver's door has some knicks in it's edge from the PO resting it againsts otehr cars while opening it...

Adam

You don't get this car when you buy the mirrors!

You can try Techart, Ma Shaw (Renlist sponsor), RUF, Cargraphic, FVD etc.. All of them sell them. They also come integrated with the doors on some CF lightweight doors. So if you are thinking of saving some serious weight, you can get the CF doors "with" the mirrors integrated which is the case with the car in the picture. Some suppliers have the side protection bar as well with the lightweight doors.

Gone OT here! sorry.

OK adams993, here is where you find them. Just follow the instructions, one step at the time:

www.fvd.de
US Site
Body
Mirror
Mirror set RS gassfibre 100 731 101 at $490
Mirror set RS cevlar-cabon with glasses 100 732 101 at $760

If are determined to pay $760 for a set of rear view mirrors that you can't see out of, that's fine by me. Personally, I can think of better things to spend my money on.

Adam,

Late to the thread. Mine are RUF and carbon fibre. I can post pics at home tonight. I'm sure RUF has CF ones still. Unfortunately ala all thing RUF, they are not cheap. Moreso ala all things CF, that is not cheap either.

The point is that the demand for the CF aero-dynamic mirrors is so low few vendors would do low-price knock-offs. This compunds the fact that one looses the electrical adjustment and add cost for door body-work. So you rarely see them around, except on RUF cars.

I am so used to the mirrors now I can see out of them as well as any other car that I own, and that indeed is a really cool mod. Please allow me to spend more of your hard-earned $$$$. Unless you have already done so, you should have the A-pillar, rain-gutter aero-inserts to go with the mirrors. The inserts are relatively cheap, but then you are talking about more paint-work.

Good luck.

CP
