PPI in Miami Beach

My best friend is adding a 993 to his '79 911.. he is in SoCal and the car is in Florida-

1996 993. The car is in Coral Gables FLA (Near Miami
Beach). It is at a dealer now. I would be worried to
post the address.
What else do you need? They can call me on my cell for
info.
The other option would be to get the porsche dealer to
pick it up for the PPI and tests. That could also
work. I ran the vin and it's clean. All the numbers
on the ODOMETER match, etc... Clean as a whistle, and
his story of purchasing in Beverly hills is a match.

Sorry I can't be more specific, but there is a very good Porsche mechanic name Scott Finlay right near the Coconut Grove/Coral Gables' area. He's well known in the area so I'm hoping someone here can chime in with his contact information.
