I too misread it the first time. International buyer are required to pay with a wire transfer only. He accepts PayPals.

What's the RUF chip mentioned in the ebay sale? Is it the RUF spoiler module relay or an actual tuning chip?

He mentions '95 only, so it's probably the tuning chip. If you're interested, make sure it has the right DME code for your car (674, 675, 163, etc)
