The ABS/ABD (options M224 & M339) hydraulic unit part number is #993-355-955-50. However, you may also need to replace the ABS control unit depending on the production date of your 993. The Porsche part numbers have stayed the same but the units were revised so if the serial number ranges don't match you'll lose ABS functionality. If you are replacing the hydraulic pump on a MY94 or MY95 check the ABS control unit serial number for a 4-digit production date (in bold below)

ABS-Control Unit (993-618-125-00)
DI015193XXXX

ABS/ABD-Control Unit (993-618-126-00)
DK094593XXXX

If you have a 3-digit production date (in bold below) you have the old style control unit and will need to also replace that.

ABS-Control Unit
DI013720XXXX

ABS/ABD-Control Unit
DK093710XXXX

if you are replacing with a newer style hydraulic unit. The newer style units have a serial number greater than (in bold below)

ABS Hydraulic Unit (993-355-955-00)
462/502372

ABS/ABD-Hydraulic Unit (993-355-955-50)
463/505058

Interesting. 95 C4 993 is interested in my ABS Hydraulic Unit. It's numbers are:

(Porsche) 964 355 755 00

The number is identical to the one you list above except for the 964 number. Is this unit really for a 964 or a 993? The 964 did not have ABD and Porsche has been known to carry parts forward so I think it's for a 993. For example, my car came with a 944 DME relay.

TIA,
Joe

Best I can tell, #964-355-755-00 was only used in the 964 before MY91 after which it was replaced with #964-355-955-00. What model year 911 did you get the hydraulic unit from? The ABS systems in the 964 and 993 are completely different and the parts are not interchangeable. Even just mixing the wrong 993 part numbers will cause the control unit to disable ABS.
