what a waste of my tax dollars! (can't speak for others)
gotta' agree w/ the alcoholic quote from sweaders...
btw: HELLO!!! most repeat offenders do not drive their own cars. in fact they do not drive w/ their own license either. ( or any lic. @ all )
a lot of un lic. drivers out on the roads. fact. ( been hit by one )
i know a lot of judges own dui/driver safety schools (that they $entence violators to attend) ... hummm? i wonder who will making some bank here?
btw: did i mention the GR plate is actually kind of cool looking.
an idea: "scarlet letter" plates.................. plates for people who are great big *****? green maybe?

There are so many cars driving around CA without ANY plate... great idea but I dont think it will make a difference to the offender.
Maybe they could do Pink ones for Sex Offenders.
