Default CRUISE CONTROL - HELP

Does anyone have a CRUISE CONTROL ACTUATOR MOTOR they can part with. Mine apparantley does not work. According to an old Porsche dealer receipt I have, it states;

"Customer states cruise control inoperative. Diagnose-open circuit cruise control actuator dead. Reccomend replacement of cruise control actuator"

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Mike

Mike,

I have repaired a cruise control unit from a 993 before and got it to work. Apprently there are a lot of bad soldering (cracked cold solders) from German electronic components. I am willing to bet that's the problem.

I can either repair it for you or you can try to do it yourself.
