Default Tire Balance Shop in San Diego

My car does the shimmy at 60mph. Not before not after. Anyone in SD know of a shop they trust to balance my tires? Also do you think I need to balance just the fronts or should I do all four???

Thanks in advance!!

Alex--

IMO, make sure the shop you choose has a computerised balancer that has the ability to measure Road Force Variation...that type of balancer will not only determine if the tires are within specifications, but also whether the tire is place at the optimum position on the rim. Good luck. toby

There used to be a guy at Clarence Brown Alignment in Kearney Mesa that spun the tires up while mounted on the car and balanced the entire assembly including the rotors. Made for the smoothest ride but only lasted till a tire rotation was due.
You can try Black Forest too, they have wheel balancing equip and know Pcars. 858-292-1192 no affil etc
Good Luck.........ZP44

Pop in and see John at black forest and tell him I sent you. They do a good job with mounting and balancing tires.

Cool And then there is MOM and Discount too...

Mind Over Motorsports (MOM) has a tire mounting and balancing set up too. Black Forest, MOM...both will get the job done.

When you buy tires from Discount Tire in San Diego, they take good care of their customers when a mount and balance is needed.

Also, call Jae Lee at Mirage International. He has a guy that does mount and balance on the cheap.
