Default RS aero package install

Getting close to relaunch mit RS aero package
Here are some details for the archieves
Front splitters, no problem they just replace the stock pieces, I still need to install the center lip in this shot

Side skirts, I cringed but once the holes were drilled , no problem

I thought there would be an issue w/ the wheel well plates, didn't like the factory aluminum rivets, so 4 standard removeble plastic ones did the trick

The wing was the biggest issue, some judicious grinding of the mounting bosses and modification of the grill mounts to use double sided 3 M trim tape(Monique, still haven't heard from you?)

Very Nice Bill! Are those all OEM pieces . . . or after-market? Love the color.

Bill,

I received the info from P Germany and have it avail. I did not get an email so I could forward. Mine is jp.germain@xs4all.nl

I am on the road until next Mon eve. I found out the grill requires four bolts... (how I forgot this I dont know... age???) But there is a Porsche PN for these.

Dont drive your beauty without these bolts!!!

Sorry for the misinformation.

Looks good!

Personally not into side skirts painted with car's color but otherwise good. And of course that blue is always cool.

P.S. Once the GULF stipes are painted, post some pics...

Looks good Bill. I keep going back & forth on whether or not I am going to paint my RS skirts once I get them from Gert. Was there any special prep work or paint application for those?
Thx.

That's gonna look super when you're done. I still don't understand why the yellow headlights & foglights. I'd change that & install some clear corners, but that's just me. Either way it'll look great.

As far as I know when I ordered my skirts, the guy from Porsche told me there was a model to be painted and another one that had to stay unpainted... Do you have the right model?

I never knew that. Would appreciate anyone that can elaborate on the two different model numbers?
