DME Relay Problem Symptoms

What are the symptons normally of a problem with the DME relay, assuming that the car is running?

Hesitated starts, sluggish operation, "weird" operation, ... you name it.

Car dies.
Car stalls. Starts. Drives. Then dies.
Car won't start at all (Dead).
How's that

Just buy a spare, throw it in with the spare tire, and be done with it. You'll know when you need it.
