During my last tech, I found my outer driver's side CV Boot was cracked on my '97 C2. I did a search, but only found some info on changing the inner boot. How hard is it to change the outer boot? What's involved parts and tools wise?
I've got a new boot from the dealer, but I wondering if there is something else I'll need once I get in there. I'll of course inspect and repack the joint.

If you are doing the outer, then you are doing the inner by definition as you have to take the whole thing apart to get there from the inside.... I had some instructions I think I posted around here somewhere. I'll take a look and try to repost..
