Paul,
Excellent pics and a great example of the 993.

Your Paul Bunyan pic reminded me of one I took in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan in September when I drove my new/old '95 from Seattle to Baltimore

Where was the statue of Paul Bunyon and his ox Babe located? I think this is the same one that was in a recent truck commercial. In the commercial, the guys in the truck to into the diner and then when they come out it is gone; at the end the truck is seen driving down the highway with a giant axe in the back bed.

Thanks for all the encouragement! This is really one of the most active and friendliest forum around.

Mlincoln, the Paul Bunyon thing was located right on 101, just south of Crescent City, CA.

AOW162435, I used to live in Saskatchewan! Don't remember that Moose statue though. Did you drive back through the Canadian Rockies? Banff, etc.? That's a beautiful drive.

Nice score!!! Gammer and Steve are really great guys.. They rebuilt my old 964, back in the day.. That tranny sounds nice... that's an expensive mod...

I'm not usually a fan of white but I must say- that is one awesome looking 911. Add clear corners and bumperette-delete and you'll REALLY be looking good. Congratulations...

Paul,
Yes, I went north out of Seattle, and then shot straight across Canada before dropping down out of Winnipeg. The Canadian Rockies were gorgeous - and fun in the 993

I think the big feller is known as "Mac the Moose".

I did just the opposite back on November. Few to San Jose to pick up my 96 C4. Took Hwy 1 and 101 up to Oregon. The drive home really made me appreciate my decision to buy a 993.

It is soon going to be sitting a little lower (and riding a little better), thanks to some PSS-9's

Enjoy
