Default Splitting 3-piece wheels...

I recently aquired a set of Kenisis Supercups one of which having a bad rim. I have a replacement inner and outer rim, but have some questions.

Where can I get the tool for the bolts to split the rim?/it almost liiks like a bunch of mini wheel lock lug bolts!
What are the torque specs for those bolts?
What do I use to seal the rim?

I looked on the Kenisis website and got absolutely no info other than a phone # that I can call on Monday.

Thanks for any assistance!

Post a picture of the bolt.
As far as the specs if they are like the BBS wheels it is a measurement in inch/lbs not foot/lbs. You need a inch/lb torque wrench too, don't try to do a conversion. Silcone is a good sealant to use.
