Default FS: BBS RS II Wheels

10x18 and 8.5x18

Here's the deal. I have been using these wheels on the track for the past 4 year and I am getting some new wheels next month. The wheels are fine except for the outer metal trim ring. 3 are just dinged up but one looks pretty bad.

I have contacted BBS and they can replace the rings for (ouch) $275 a piece ... $1100 total. I was going to ask $2500 for the set after I had them repaired but I will sell them as is for $1200.

If you are interested let me know. Otherwise I am going to take them to BBS for repair while I am at Road Atlanta this weekend.

I really shouldn't be asking this as it leads down the slippery slope, but do you have the weight for those wheels and are they correct offset for widebody 993?

Harvey - Do you know offhand what the offsets of these wheels are? Sorry...I'm not looking to buy your wheels but am asking out of curiousity. Thanks.

I think the offset is 62mm. I can verify tonight.

They fit my NB up until the point that I REALLY lowered the car and they would then not fit with my slicks ... well they did fit but with not a lot of clearance. They would be fine on a lowered car with street tires or a car that is not lowered.

Paul902,

You would probably have to use spacers on the rear for a correct fit.
