Yes, Sloan also has the red 97 that was sold by a dealer in IL to a dealer in BH CA who recently had it ebay. It's a good market for used 993's, look at the '98 C4S Michael bought on ebay for $65.1 and has it listed on Rennlist for $76.5 (I hope he gets it!). I love the collector car market!

Sloan's car is a 6-speed with Grey interior, Willhoit's is a Tiptronic with black interior

Look at the background in the photographs...still think they are different cars, forget what the description says...

Sloan will admit that he brokers cars remotely. He claims to have inspected them himself.

It sure doesn't look like the same car to me, regardless of where the pic was taken (obviously in the same place). The one car has a grey interior and the other car a black interior.

Grey wheel and leather on the Sloan car:

Black interior on the Willhoit car:

2 different but very similar mileage cars.

I disagree. Pay attention to the interior pictures one clearly has the tip and the other is a stick... unless of course they are photoshopped.

Of course they are different cars. That's the end of that discussion, but prices sure are staying up there for extremely low mileage, well cared for 993's!

I stand corrected. I was wrong they are different cars. The background on cars in the photographs is strikingly similiar although in one there are no leaves on the ground but the shadows are the same...just odd or maybe it is just me that is odd...

This is like one of those games where you try to count the differences between the pictures: tip v. stick; black v. gray; white gauges v. black; hifi speakers vs. not; logo mats vs. plain; 8 way seats vs 2 way. Anybody else?

.....also >
- colored crest center caps on on one, not the other
- different tires (tread pattern)
- one has bumper plugs, the other doesn't

Sloan's reputation has been discussed on this board before. Do a search before you go much further.
