I'm 6'4" and moving the seat back helped a good bit. However, I don't fit with a helmet. I'd have to bolt the seats to the floor in order to get the extra room I'd need.

I have a ' 97 C4S sunroof delete and at least 2 inches extra headroom.

Short of selling your car and getting a sunroof delete model there is another way to get headroom.

Get in an F-15, F-18 or some F plane and ride the Martin/Baker. You are guarenteed to be at least 1-2 inches shorter when you get back to the ground.
