These conversions were very popular in the 80s and early 90s. Don't be fooled by appearances- these cars can be incredibly fast. I once saw one with a 400hp motor. Ugly as sin, but all that power in that tiny, light-weight car... I think that the conversion was by Renigade Hybrids.
