I am about to do this deal, 97 C2S 36,000 miles, both power seats, Engine sound, Premium sound, 18" Turbo wheels, inspection shows it needs tires soon, and the door strap issue on drivers side. It has had all required service, and it has all records. 2 owner car. I am buying for $45.5k.

Assuming it is in a condition commensurate with the mileage, it is a good deal.

If it's original paint, VG condition interior and the PPI shows no engine/trans issues....sounds good to me.

Did you have a compression and/or leakdown done at inspection? Also, have they checked the computer for CEL history?
