From: Gig Harbor, WA still the great NW!
I am a new owner of a relatively stock C4 cab and have already learned a tremendous amount about the car on this forum. thank you everyone. I look forward to many years of enjoying the car and membership here.
I've conducted a search with no luck on how to remove the cigarette lighter assembly
- Seems that this is a common problem. I've checked the unit with a voltmeter and get no voltage (yes key is turned on) and have the glovebox removed but access is still very limited. wires appear connected. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi Stace...I have a brand new cigarrete lighter assembly (I needed just the lighter and had to buy the assembly)...if yours is bad, I'll gladly send you mine...

Welcome to the forum. That is an absolutely beautiful cab! I have the same color combo and wheels on a 98 C2, so I am just *slightly* biased.

thank you very much for the great welcome. And Thanks Pedro for the generous offer! that would be great. I'll PM you about the details.
I did check the fuses first thing (on my maiden drive up from the seller in CA) when I couldn't operate my radar detector and had to keep my speed below Mach 1....... fuse was good - changed it anyway - still no power.
Again - thanks so much for the warm welcome!

So are you in Coos Bay? I went to H.S. in Brookings.
