I found what I think are the pictures you are looking for (Yellow car; Blue car) by poking around the 1996 version of the Porsche website (thank you, Wayback Machine), but I'm not sure how well they will work as a desktop. Probably smaller than you would want, or too fuzzy if enlarged. Still, it's fun to see these pictures again.
