Huh? I don't have a threaded post. My mats have two buckles that are supposed to attach to straps that clip under the front seat. That's the way my 96 C4S was. My current car has the same front mats, but I didn't get the straps and clips.

I did a search and half of the posts are about clips and straps like I want and half are about these threaded posts. What gives? More importantly, does anyone know where I can get a set of the straps?

Anyone know where I can get the threaded caps without having to buy another set of mats?

Funny you should mention the strps and clips, because the old mats you see above that I replaced I believe are also lloyds and they have straps on the bottom. I'm thinking it might be year specific, post on 95's? and straps on 96s? Someone else might know for sure. I would ask the guys at Performance Products also, they might know.

And yes you could probably talk me out of the ones above, if you really, really want them.

I have a plastic cap that holds down my carpets. Is that what you are using to hold down the mats with a hole in them? No matter, I have an extra set of mats that need clips.

Bogwan- I really really want them. You have PM.

My late model 95 has straps just like my 83 SC did.
