C'mon, Kelly, you don't have to own a 993 to hang around here!

Wow, to bad about the job......after 30 years though shouldn't you be ready for the big "R"? Hate to see another great 'Lister go, best of luck to you. Hope to see you around from time to time.

Wow Kelly:
I haven't been a member long enough to know too many people that well. Your posts always seem so well grounded. Really sorry to hear about the job situation. Hope it works out okay for you.
Best of luck.

Kelly,

We will be in Kauai (unless we got real sick with the flu or something ) between 11-18 and 11-22. We are staying at the Hyatt.

This is supposed to be a relaxing vacation so we are not going ALL over the island. If you have time, would love to catch you for coffee or something.

Call my cell (408-858-1207) during those dates if you have time/interest.

For some reason, I thought you are in your 20s (ala Arrwin). I can't believe that you have been in the work force for 30 years. May be we are about the same age? (turning 55 come Friday)

Hope everything works out for you in the long run. I can't quite understand why moving from Kauai to Ohau would require selling the 993, unless the new job means a big financial hit as well.

Best of luck.

Kelly,

I will definitely miss you on these boards, but you know I'll always keep in touch with you via emails & the phone. I think you are everyone's "bruddah" here in the 993 forum as you have been so helpful to many 993 owners & would-be owners, too.

Here's the picture of us at Hamura's - man, that was some great Won Ton Min! (Kkim is on the right)

Mahalo for everything that you've done for me.

Rich

PS: I know you didn't want me to post this picture earlier in the year, but, hey, you're leaving us so this is what you get...Plus, it's a great shot of your car for any prospective buyer.

Kelly,

Boy, that really stinks. I can't imagine you without your baby! Echoing everybody's words of comfort and sadness as to your p-car situation. I really, really appreciate all your insight and advise as it pertained to my car. People like you are hard to come by in this world. I hope that we can hook up for some good Korean BBQ next time I'm over to Kauai (I'm on leave from work for the next 8 months...so not until then). I can vouch for the condition of Kelly's car having been around the island in it....it is immaculate and extremely well taken care of. All the best, my brotha!

Aloha,
Bake

Kelly,

Don't be a stranger to the board! You've been a very valuable contributor. Good luck with the sale of your car.

Hey Kelly,

So sorry to hear about the job situation ...I really hope it works out ok for you! I can, at least, solve one of your problems: stay on the board and we can all still kinda "hang out" ...that way you won't have to say goodbye and we wont be missing you if you're still posting! Really, you belong here, bud!

Talking Hows it Bruddah!

Kelly,

If you don't have a tear in your eye by now....I have never seen such a huge response when a Rennlister is contemplating leaving.

You and I have exchanged a few e-mails over the years...you are a class act. I hope that your fortunes change and you can stay in Kauai...boy do I love your island..one of my favorites.

Best of luck

KKim-

Sorry to hear about your situation but I truly believe things happen for a reason...Who knows, maybe you'll end up with your dream job and then jump to the F-Car forum!!!!!

I've always enjoyed your posts and the few pm's we've exchanged.

Good Luck

Mike
