I recall seeing a post about this car a while ago, apparently this car is the real deal, it IS a Ruf, and supposedly needs that rear wing because it's ridiculous fast.

IIRC this is a pic from a Virginia City hillclimb and the caption was something like "laugh all you want" since it's damned fast.
