Default need to raise my recaro speed- how?

the newly installed seat rides on sliders but is still too low. will anything do (ie. washers) as spacers or is there some sort of recaro part that is available?

WHat kind of brackets do you have?
My PPs are on Recaro Sliders and Mounting brackets. They are a little adjustable by using different slots in the mountin brackets.

You can use washers/spacers, but the best(read sturdiest, safest) way is to use brackets designed to work with the Recaro sliders. I have a set of brackets specific to 993s for sale if you are interested.

hey there kelly-

can you give me some details on those brackets. do they mount under the sliders? how much additional height could i expect? are they fixed or adjustable? do they raise the front *and* rear?

thanks so much

You should use the brackets to raise the seat not spacers. That is what the backets are for to adjust height forward and aft to attain the right driving position.
