It should be a typical metric thread. Try to find a metric bolt that threads into the other side to identify the thread. Then look for a tap to chase it.

If you cannot find a tap, you can dremel a v-notch into the first five or so threads of a bolt and use it like a tap. This may be quicker than waiting for another manifold.
