Knight: Essentially you moved the wheel out about a half-inch by so doing, correct?

Yes, he said 14mm, which is just slightly over a half-inch.

I have these in my garage and I now think I understand the reverse mount. Mine aren't with the center bolted on the face as against having this bolted behind the face.

I might have these refurbished and take off the two tone colour and have them reverse mounted at the same time, when they were on my turbo they required spacers. Might be quite nice to try them on the RS or at least a spare set if I need to get the speedlines refurbished.

Once reversed you will no longer need spacers. If your having them re-finished, consider getting just the lips polished. Mine and OPO's are done this way, more maintenance yes but beautiful results.

btw nice set of 993s!

My all time favorite wheel and incredible photography. You can see the texture on the ceiling

I'm not sure they are too big, but I think the color is wrong with that car color. They'd also look better with the car a little lower, especially the front end.

Those are 997 GT3 19" wheels right? You definitely have to lower that ride height to get them to look right. Or 996 GT3 18" wheels look very similar and are popular on 993s.
