Here are pictures of the 8" subwoofer enclosure. The passenger seat is all the way back---you can see there is essentially no leg room. The drivers seat has a bit of room, but I wouldn't want to sit back there!

What about a simple (read: inexpensive) but relatively significant first stereo upgrade? Say under a grand?
And what about hard wiring iPods? My S4 has this which is nice because to a limited extent the h/u controls the iPod- anyone done this?

spend your money on a good quality amp without a good amp even the best speakers will sufffer, of course the weakest link in your stereo will affect sound quality but in my opinion the amp is the most important
