Default Looking for info & specs on the 993 C4 and C4S

Great site folks! I've been a Porsche fan for many years and was recently trying to dig up info & specs on the 993 Carrera 4 and Carrera 4S models. More specifically, the 4 speed Tiptronic models...

What I'm looking for are as follows:

1) Complete factory specs (weight, dimensions, engine output, gear ratios, final drive ratios)

2) Factory & magazine performance results (0-60mph, 1/4 mile, skid pad and braking)

3) Links to scans of any articles that included these tiptronic models. If they are not posted on-line, you can e-mail it to me at chiketkd at yahoo.com

Thanks in advance!

Just a quick note - the 993 4-wheel drive models never came with tiptronic transmissions - they were all 6-speed manual transmissions.

i don't know if these links work anymore since i am unable to try at the moment, but here are 2 sites you might try for the information you need:

http://www.performance2and4.co.uk/index.html

http://www.idee.demon.nl/

Good luck.

Don't know if it'll have what you want, but try these sites
- www.edmunds.com
- Car mag sites; look for old road tests - Autoweek, Car & Driver, Road & Track, etc.

Info you want is buried in the shop manuals; they are available at various sites - buy them!
