My wife, who normally doesn't support my crazy hobbies, has agreed to paint a Porsche badge on the garage wall for me. In doing this though she needs the simple outline of the badge and it's details. She is planning on using an opaque projector to shoot the outline up onto the wall and trace it. Then fill in the color as needed. Does anyone have such an item or know where I can get it quickly before she comes to her senses?

Why not just use a full color image if all she needs to do is trace the edges of the detail? This would work just as well and will be easier to find a proportionally correct image to use.

You could take a full color picture and use Photoshop's "line drawing" filter to create the effect you're looking for. If you don't have photoshop, I can do it for you just PM me.

Thanks! I do have Photoshop (I am digital artist).
I needed that old logo to trace it to create vector graphics.
It is ok now. I made a photo of actual hood badge. And then traced it in PS.
