Default Porsche floor mats..

Hey gang,

Where can I find the OEM floormats for my 993? Black/red mats?

Also, any aftermarket suggestions?

B

As far as I know, there are two types of mats licensed by Porsche with their logos - Lloyds mats and the OEM mats the dealers sell. Porsche dealers sell both types. Sunset Porsche sells the 4 piece Lloyds mats with the licensed Porsche logos - red 'Porsche' letters, Carrera S script, etc, for $85 plus actual UPS charges - about $95 for the set. Must be ordered so it takes 2-3 weeks. In my opinion, the Lloyds mats are far superior in quality to the foam-backed OEM mats sold at the Porsche dealers for $110-120. Al;so, the black Porsche OEM mats have black lettering, not the red your original mats had.

A second here for LLoyds...I have had LLoyds mats in my last three p-cars and there ARE FAR SUPERIOR to OEM P mats......look around various sites....they will cost you about 90-120 for full set depending on what you buy

How did you order directly from Llyods--I thought they directed you to online sales companies like Performance, Pelican, etc.???

I contacted Sunset in Portland, oregon and they said the mats are $140 US plus $8 shipping. Do you know who quoted the $89 or is it the same Sunset Porsche?

I'm confused..

I just priced out the mats on Pelican Parts.

It would seem, to get a Black mat with a red "CarreraS" script on it costs $137.40

Is this correct? I don't even see an option for just a "PORSCHE" mat...

I recall someone saying the mats were $85... What with the $137.40 ??

Thanks B.

Ultimats Mats in Black - 4 PC CAR MAT SET (1997 PORSCHE 993 CARRERA), Embroidered Logo: CarreraS(849035), thread color: Red(903)
- This part typically takes about three weeks to ship.
- This item is special order or custom-made and is non-returnable except for warranty replacement. $137.40 1 $137.40

When calling Sunset Porsche for parts prices, ask for the Excellence Magazine advertised pricing which is 15% over cost plus actual UPS shipping.
