the lambo is beautiful, I'm sure you'll enjoy it - I wonder if the "mods" slope is as slippery for the italian steed as it is for the german... keep us posted on your driving impressions!

Nice car, but I think it would have been cheaper to just buy a '74 El Dorado and a "Huggy Bear" pimp hat for the attention (just kidding).

It looks tiny... is it that small? How does it compare in size to the 993? Oh, how does it sound?

Seljan..

Congrats....enjoy her in good health !!! The Gallardo is an awesome car. Audi reliability and Italian Sexiness. You can't lose with that combo. E-Gear or 6 speed ??

Question for you though, any reason why you passed over the Modena ?

Its a 6-sp..and I just got back from another drive and ran it for a short burst up to redline(8k)
amazing power to the point of nearly scary.I was afraid to look at the speedo.
I went with Lambo and this car in particular because of the affiliation with Audi and it's engineering.
I've been driving german cars for many years and i always liked the looks of Italian cars. But I never considered owning one because of the maintenance issues. The Gallardo, from everyone I've talked to about them are as reliable as anything German, and about the same for annual expenses.

Pegasis.it's actually quite a bit wider than the TT,a bit longer and at least 6" lower. And it sounds amazing.Very docile around town. But jump on it and it roars.

Jw...it's not always about flashy. If it were a ferrari it wou;d have to be red.The yellow just stays true to the marque.

Congratulations! She is a real beauty. I know I was in dreamland when I got my 993. You must be several steps above that!

I have to admit..the idea of going to the office tomorrow is depressing me.I'd rather be out on the road!

The murc as fine of a car as it is,just doesn't do it for me like the G.The M is actually a fairly large car and I prefer smaller.I'd make the comparison of the 911 and the 928.
