Default Slowly making changes to my 993

Since returning home on 9/17, I've:

- Had the car MD state inspected.
- Had an alignment done (severe tow out on the front...).
- Replaced the front and rear decklid/hood struts.
- Reinstalled the original orange front signals (since Mark would not stop pestering me for the clear corners...).
- Installed a brand-spankin' new set of 18" factory turbo twists (8" & 10"), and a new set of Continental Sport Contact 2 tires (225/40 & 265/35).
- Installed the steering rack brace.
- Ordered and received the M030 springs and Bilstein HDs from Gert.
- Washed the pig three times and wiped the interior down with 303 as nothing had ever been done to the surfaces.

That's about it for now. We leave tomorrow morning for a vacation in NC, so the 993 will get to stretch it's legs again.

Thanks to Rennlist for all of the fantastic info to date! What a great place And yes, I'll get a few pics when I return.

I purchased them through Wheel Enhancement (John Brown). They were able to beat Tire Rack's price on the tires, and delivered the wheels perfectly balanced and very nicely packaged. The front wheels were $550 each and the rears were $610 each.

After spending weeks sifting through all of the Ebay offerings, I finally caved and realized I wanted the wheels and tires now. The car drives smooth as glass!
