Get this, I recieved my refund today from Michelin for the joke of a GP race at Indy this year. I subsequently lost one of my tickets at the race. I have the reciept for both tickets purchased in my name from IMS (I have an account), this lady from the UK turns it in as herself for a full refund of the lost ticket. I contacted the ticket office, their issuing refunds to people without checking the account, so you could have gathered all the stubs up and turned them in and recieved a refund.

Any ideas on how to prosecute this lady?

This whole deal turned south......screw F1, I cannot believe this.

Your're right, the ticket is the legal agreement. So I argued that I could have gathered a ton of ticket stubs and refunded them......IMS agreed and their attorney's say I have no recourse. Nice, real nice. So I'm SOL, done with F1.

Capp - I did not, it was our region's annual PCA fall cruise. Man the motons are a bear on crappy roads....uhhhhh. I'm headed up to the Glen for DE on the 10th and 11th with the Champlain Region. Do a little shake down of the car for next year.
