Hey everyone,
Havent had a chance to update lately due to school, training for kickboxing and trying to teach myself solidworks.
Heres the latest after the final install of all the components.
Everything aluminum in the engine bay was taken to be polished. Also the fuel pressure regulator, fuel lines, vacuum manifold and wiring harness weren't in place in the last update pics.

Completed oil and water cooling lines in aluminum.

I also have the RS carpet kit mostly installed. The cover I made for the area where the motec harness comes thru the firewall can be seen in this pic.

Last time I showed an aluminum water tank for the turbo cooling. Here you can see the filler cap location.

Now covered like it doesnt exist.![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Motec wiring madness under the passenger seat.

Now I just need to wire up a few relays and wait on a connector from Motec. After that I'll be able to fire her up and get her running!

edit: found some more pics of parts in the process.
Engine bay components fresh from being polished.

Individual throttle linkages connected and syncronized.

A piece I cut from a bar of round aluminum using only a jigsaw and hand drill to challenge myself.
This is used to connect the stock throttle cable to the crossbar of the throttle linkages.

The intercooler air ducting with rubber sealing edges installed.

Finally a closer look at the cover piece I made to go on the firewall seen in a previous pic. Fabricated out of aluminum then covered with some of the left over perlon from the carpet kit.

WOW - looks incredible! Is there a reason you chose to use twin fender intercoolers instead of standard location? Was this turbo motor built off a standard NA 3.6, or did you buy a TT motor and modify it?

Graham - It kills me to play the waiting game on a few things when she is so close.
pcar964 - Just so I could run a stock style carbon decklid and be different. I've always loved the look of the 993 without the wings. This was built on my NA engine.

Wow. I think that most of the space program doesn't look that clean. Nice work.

My wife, who is usually not impressed with automotive stuff, said it looks like genius work. I agreed.

Princeton,
When I saw your pics, the first thing that came to my mind was .... Mel Gibson's car in Mad Max, the Road Warrior. You have more contraptions on you car than a Greenwich Village body piercing competition winner.
On top of this, you also have school, kick-boxing, and Solid Works? Darn, you are busier than a one-legged fellow in a butt-kicking contest.
I guess you don't need much sleep.
Bottom line, awesome work. Any idea what power the engine puts out after it's all done?
Thanks for sharing.

Princeton,
Awesome work.![rockon](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/rockon.gif)
I was wondering with all that additional HP don't you think you'll need the extra down force in the rear that your EVO Wing or a stock Turbo Tail will give you? Does the CF engine lid that you have on there have the electric wing?
Awesome work.

Princeton,
That is amazing! Looking forward to seeing how this develops.
Alex
PS: if any of you need some help with Solid Works, drop me an email, I've been using it for about 2 years.
