Default PSS9 adjustment **** fell off!

Tonight as I took the blue cap off of my front PSS9 to adjust it back to its street setting, the adjustment **** of my PSS9 came off with the blue cap. I tried to figure out how to put it back on, but can't for the life of me figure out how it fell off. Looking at the other side, it doesn't appear that the **** was held on by any screws, pins, etc. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Thanks Kelly. Fortunately, the wheel just feel off. It doesn't turn endlessly like the one in the thread. Since I run 1 all the way around at the track/autocross, it won't be hard to set up the car on race day...just kind of a PITA when trying to find a good street setting.

So you are going to get a new wheel from Bilstein, right? According to ViperBob's post, it's just held on w/ a 1.5mm allen.

Lifetime warrenty... use it.

Brendan - There is a REALLY tiny allen screw that holds the front adjusting **** on. It is not uncommon for them to loosen up.

Thanks, Bob. Do you have a specific contact at Bilstein I should call from all your dealings with them?

Bob, as always, is right. Just call Bilstein and they will send a replacement, but specify that you need the set screw. Push the **** on really hard while you tighten the set screw--it makes the click adjustments more noticeable.

Before I installed my shocks, I took off all 4 adjusting ***** and put loctite on the setscrews because one had fallen off on my previous car.
