One question: What does it mean when the serial numbers are out of order when sorted by date? I noticed that for my build cohorts there are some jumps up and down with serial numbers (+/- 200). What could explain the discrepancies?

OK, I see it in post #1. Some of the VIN numbers are seriously out of whack and I skipped it. Thank you!

There is quite a bit of that. I think it relates to the ROW cars not having a production date on the vin tag. Without a COA I think some were a guess. I didn't want to take the liberty of changing or adding what should be the proper date. If there are changes or errors post them and it will be updated. Thanks to Leland for starting this thread and coming back to the 993 fold.
