Default Best place to buy shock and M030 Springs

I need to replace a shock on my C4S and since I have to go to this expense I thought I would upgrade to the M030 springs. Can anyone comment on the spring change? Also where is the place to get these parts at the best prices?

Thanks,

Bob Silver

There is so much stuff in the archives on this that the people who would usually say "Try a search" are too tired to do so. Try a search. See p-car.com's write up. I just bought this kid from the famous Gert at Carnewal.com, but haven't installed it yet.

Bob,

From the wording of your post, it seems you are looking to replace only one shock? If so, you will find the overwhelming consensus here would be to replace all 4 of your shocks with Bilstein HDs along w/ the RoW m030 springs.

Does Devek now offer the HDs with the extra thread? I'm referencing their ad in the latest issue of Excellence. Maybe thier kid has a US warranty, too.

It seems as if many here have had great luck ordering from Gert. The current price, shipped, is right around $1473. If anyone knows of a less expensive source, please post. Otherwise, I intend to order from Carnewal (Gert).
