in my quest for finding new brake pads, anyone use BHP XPS? several shops in my area are pushing them.

 

I put them on with new rotors back in March. The good news, they work well. Tim Clark who I believe is the owner, is a good guy and really knows his stuff. The bad news, I've got squeal issues with my front. For awhile it was so bad my kids didn't want to ride in the car (too embarrassing for them). Things have improved but it isn't anything like stock where I never heard a peep. Last I talked to Tim, he was working on a fix but I haven't heard anything recently. He says the issues are specific to 993s so folks with other models don't have the same issues. My bottom line, good pads, good company but if quiet brakes are important, you may want to keep looking.
