WOW, that looks like a really sweet ride. Nice looking aero package. If I hadn't already bought my 98 Cab this year, I'd be seriously interested, despite the bright red color

Wonder how it will check out in a PPI?

Good Luck.

seems overpriced for a '95 with 75k miles, even with the mods... just my opinion

Stan...Being from Redmond, you should know Park Place and their prices. They have always seemed high to me and I feel that you could do just as well looking on your own elsewhere.

You and me both, Jeff... especially after the pepperoni I've shelled out on mine after just 3 months of ownership.

This one though just seems like you're paying a hefty premium for all those mods... a relatively stock '95 cab in nice shape with those miles might get $32k - $34k at the most. I guess if you were gonna do everything that the car has anyway it's worth extra, but $10k?

Guess it's just the engineer in me over-analyzing everything.

I have to agree with the dealership being in Bellevue and plus its park place they always ask a preiumem for there cars. It is a beatuiful car though. but you can do better looking else where

One other thing... car looks really slammed. I'd inquire as to what the seller means by "lowering springs"... if they just jammed some Eibachs on the stock dampers you'll likely be faced with a crappy ride and expensive suspension work in the near future.

The rear spoiler looks like a cheep copy of the turbo S, but I love that Techart front bumper cover.

I was really looking for someone who might know any history or stories connected with the car. I agree that the price is out of line with what a 99 should be offered at. I am not in a hurry to buy, so if I could get a sreaming deal than good; if not I would walk away. Going to look at the car in person today; will advise on return.

What is it with you 996 guys buyin' up all our 993's??? Hmmmm???

Dealers like Park PLace always ask an outragous premium for cars, at least initially. Then after they decide there are no complete idiots who just won the Powerball, they may reduce the initial asking price, but it'll more than likely be too much. But, they can most likely be talked down.

For instance, RMM in Denver, CO was initially asking $42K for my '95 coupe with 49K on the odo. This is a plain jane C2 coupe. That's nuts. But I ended up walking out of there paying $35K. Even $35K was not a tremendiously great deal, but damnit, I wanted the car.
