Me too, mine is getting shipped tomorrow. I was looking at perhaps getting clear corners from him as well but ...Does anyone know if the ones he sells fit with Bumperettes or do I have to buy the whole piece and cut it down myself. It costs 100 Euro... Is that a good price all things considered. I know Gert is awesome just wondering as I have to decide quickly. Is there an easier way?

The ones Gert sells are original units for Euro bumpers without bumperettes. You will need to modify/cut yourself to fit (not that difficult really).

I told them if they didn't hear from me to ship without clears as Gert's picture looked like they weren't cut yet. I think I can find some clears around here hopefully. In any case I see that the cover was shipped today.

I just got a call from a nice Fedex lady...my cover is already in the Us and She's clearing customs...She asked whether or not my cover is for personal use or re-sell...I told the truth and probably I'll have to pay duty...expected and part of the game! :- )

Hi Jools...I don't think you have a way out...if you answer the cover is to resell, you'll have to provide a tax exemption...we were caught on Uncle Sam's net...the duty must be reasonable though...part of the game!

Did anybody get it yet? Mine is in Memphis TN at the regulatory agency with a clearance delay...Fedex called "shipment exception" and I don't know what does it mean...anyway...yesterday Gert asked for my VIN # for Customs purpose...
By the way, Carnewal (Gert) has being showing excellent service with always prompt answers...they can't control Customs!

I am in the same situation as you are... had to fill out a custom clearance form with my ssn. FedEx told me that I should get it on Monday. I can't say enough about the follow ups from Gert... AWESOME.

I got mine yesterday from Fed Ex. The lady there had me fax my ssn etc. to her and it got shipped out the next day, hit me quick. That evening Gert asked for my VIN but I told him I already had it. Sent it to him anyway.
I'm confused but happy...then again that's pretty standard for me.
